Hey y’all, Ben Langton is also going to come tonight as a first timer, so the number is 15!

Matt, the numbers are changing by the hour. In general, we will have 1 court with 13 players or less and 2 courts with 16 or more. By my count, we are currently at 15 since Jose A is signed in twice. We'll probably go with 2 courts if everyone shows up unless the majority decides 1 court is preferred when we get there. I haven't been in the gym since last Spring. So, this is also assuming the gear for raising the backboards is still available. It most likely will be.

BTW, anyone can add a guest to the list. Click on the event and look for "adding a visiting player". It helps us keep the count accurate and know how many courts we'll need etc. I did this for Sarah's guests for tonight.

The cost is again $5 again this year. We might be able to make that $4 soon if attendance is good. Please remember that the school has no custodial staff this year. So, we need to be extra good about keeping everything clean. Thanks

It's the same deal this week. We need at least 8 people signed up by first thing Friday morning or I will cancel the gym time with the school.

We've often had smaller turnouts early in the season. This year seems more challenging. I have a number of Sundays coming up where I'll be away. I need to be there for the first week, however, and then need someone to collect when I'm away. So, the next possible Sunday will be Nov 24th if it doesn't happen this week. I'm fine with that as I know many of you are involved with the HS volleyball season etc. I don't want to keep pushing for something if it's not there. Hopefully, things will be different in a month or so.

I've canceled this Sunday. We'll try again for Nov 24th. Hope we can make a go of it then.
